The renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years.
For luxury and premium vehicles, the minimum age is 25 with at least 3 years of driving experience.
Both local and international driver’s licenses are accepted.

2. Rental Rates & InclusionsOur rental prices include routine maintenance and third-party liability insurance within legal limits. Fuel, toll fees, parking charges, and traffic fines are the renter’s responsibility. Optional extras such as GPS, child seats, and additional insurance can be requested at the time of booking.

3. Payments & DepositsFull payment is required at the start of the rental. A valid credit or debit card is needed to secure the booking. A refundable security deposit is held during the rental period and released upon safe return of the vehicle. Late returns are charged on an hourly basis, and delays exceeding 3 hours will be considered an additional rental day.

4. Traffic Rules & FinesThe renter is fully responsible for any traffic violations, toll charges, or penalties incurred during the rental period. If the vehicle is impounded due to the renter’s fault, the time lost will still count as part of the rental period. Vehicles may not be driven outside the country without prior written approval.

5. Rental AgreementAll rentals are subject to a signed rental agreement at the time of pickup. Individual renters must present a valid ID and credit card. Corporate renters are required to provide company registration documents and an authorized signatory’s ID. Additional drivers must be declared at the time of rental and authorized in the agreement.
